Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected events, delays or emergencies can occur. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

  • We require at least 24 hour cancellation notice which allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Exceptions: 

       If you have the flu, cold or any other conditions deemed contagious or unsafe your appointment will be canceled           or rescheduled without penalties. Please note for the safety of our staff and clients we reserve the right to deny             service if you show up sick to your scheduled appointment 

  • Any appointment missed will result in charge of 50% of the reserved service rate.

  • For clients who provides less than 24 hour cancellation notice (and are not sick/have a medical emergency) you will not be charged a cancellation fee if your appointment is rescheduled within 3-5 days of your original appointment date. 

  • Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
