COVID-19 Safety Protocols: 

Your Health and Safety are important to us! Our updated COVID-19 safety policies and sanitation protocols are based on current New York Health and CDC guidelines. Here’s what we are doing to help maintain a safe and clean environment: 

  • Our Therapists have been fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. We respect that you have made the best and safest choices for yourself however to ensure the safety of clients who are immunocompromised and for whom vaccination is not an option, we will only be working with individuals who are fully vaccinated or can show proof of negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours prior to your appointment.  Proof of vaccination includes unexpired vaccination card or NYC Excelsior Pass.


  • Clients and therapists will be required to wear face masks (regardless of vaccination status). If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. 


  • Please reschedule your appointment if you test positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or if you are feeling sick.


  • We will be cleaning and sanitizing our treatment rooms, restroom and common areas after each session with EPA approved hospital-grade disinfectant which will be used on surfaces and contact areas in addition to UV-C Light cleaning.  Treatment room, tools and products used will be cleaned and sanitized before/after each session with a complete change-over of linen/bedding and face cradle coverings. We've been using a professional medical linen company for several years and will continue to utilize their services.

  • We have added touch-less soap, sanitizer and towel dispensers to our facility. Clients must wash their hands or apply hand sanitizer upon entry.

  • Appointment scheduling and payment: We recommend using the online booking page to schedule and pay for your appointment. If this is not possible you can contact us directly. New clients can access and complete Health Intake form online and can request a Pre-Session consultation with me. Additionally, we have expanded payment methods to include Apple Pay, Venmo, Square and PayPal invoicing for a streamlined and contactless check-out process. 

While no one knows how long it will take for things to get back to ‘normal,’ we are dedicated, prepared and excited to welcome you back.  Together, we can and will make the most out of the current situation. We appreciate your continued loyalty and look forward to seeing you again soon!
