Deep Tissue Massage
This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissues. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body using slow, focused strokes and deep pressure to "un-stick" muscle adhesion.
1 hour: $140 | 90 min: $210 | 2 hours: $270

Therapeutic Massage
This clinical approach focuses on specific muscle groups to locate and reduce the underlying cause of the symptom by addressing trigger points, connective tissue restrictions and adhesion, poor circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and other bio-mechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries or other health-related condition.
1 hour: $140 | 90 min: $210 | 2 hours: $270

Insurance information
We currently accept both HSA and FSA cards at our office but we encourage you to call and check the ‘conditions of use’ for your plan. Some plans require a prescription for treatment from your doctor as well as a diagnosis. We are happy to provide medical receipts based on this information, for your insurance.
We cannot accept other forms of insurance, but we are happy to provide a medical receipt for you to submit on your own. To find out if you have coverage please contact your insurance provider and ask if you have ‘manual therapy coverage provide by a massage therapist’, some plans may have coverage but it requires you to have services performed by a physical therapist or doctor.
We no longer participate in the Choose Healthy program.
